Alongside my one to one therapies, I also invite you to join me for guided online relaxation and meditation sessions run in four weekly blocks.
There can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home, as a one to one experiences or within a comfortable small group of 6-8 people.
Guided Deep Relaxation
A guided online relaxation session designed to clear your mind. Ideal for re-charging and focusing your thoughts during the working day or relaxing and calming your mind at the end of the day.
